15:00 Hopped on the bus to meet Kel at the Post Office


15:30 Got the letter, card and gifts for Rachel.F registered and sent to Heidelberg, Germany. The 'air ticket' for the parcel is rather expensive! Lady at the P.O was friendly and helpful but she, together with Kel were laughing at me the entire time.


16:00 Made our way to the public pool. It's been a long time and I was really excited. Kel bought a child & an adult ticket. Apparently, anyone under 18 is considered a child. Weird.. but hilarious. & I'm also secretly happy.

18:00 Amazed at how brave I was to sit on all the slides! Even the twisted one. Body is already aching..I worked out every muscle in my body :> My fingers and toes looked like prunes from being soaked in the water.

Funny moment #1
A: I can swim backwards! *shows kel*
K: *impressed* wow..you're so pro(or smtg along that line)
And then I swam right into the wall. OUCH! My head still hurts now :<

Funny moment #2
Kel forced me to take the multi-slides but I was really afraid so started asking nonsense like 'if i'm scared can i scream?" Later Kel told me I was the only one who screamed.

Funny moment #3
This time, Kel insisted that I accompany her down the long, covered-twisted slide. That was whoa scary. I pleaded with her with every step I took. I finally mustered every ounce of courage I have in my rather big body and I did it! But I was too frightened to open my eyes, let alone scream.



18:30 Watched people fly their kites while slurping on Coca-Cola.


19:00 The setting sun is so beautiful! I spotted a night market and told Kel about it. Wrong move. Later, we went grocery shopping..no correction, we tried to go grocery shopping but to no avail. Walked around and discovered that there is an ongoing food fair. Oh no! More food?!

20:00 Can safely say we've overcomed most temptations. Finally made our way back home with my body still aching like mad. Thankful that I'm able to get a seat on the bus. Ma legs need it. Tonight I'll sleep like a baby panda.
