I had a rather good day.

worship prac in the morning then went off to meet Kel together with Corn for her appointment. her ahbeng friend came to pick us up in a...lion dance truck. to add on to that horror, he was driving w/o a you-know-what. gah i was so terrified i fasten my seat belt the mo i got on and held onto the handles for dear life. finally breathed a sigh of relief when i jumped off. thank God for keeping us safe. LOL

then we made our way to transit rd and spent the next 2 hours waiting for her to get it done. it was over in a minute! david is so professional and not some, in his own words, 'young punk'. finally had my first proper meal at 5pm. kel and i had dimsum. yumz hargao and chicken feet. kel kept laughing at my mandarin :( i don't think its that bad okay. BU BU GAO SHENG!

went home for less than 5 minutes to put my bag down then we went for fish soup and rojak at Balestier. fish soup reminds me of Dan.. Dad says the fishsoup is better than geylang's. i...have no comments. okok i kinda like Balestier's fishSOUP better because it wasn't too salty. i don't understand why that rojak stall has a long queue. actually, how do you tell if rojak from a particular stall is good when all rojaks taste the same with basic ingredients, normal sweet black sauce with peanuts. ? my tummy was finally satisfied after a cup of cold soyabean milk from Selegie rd. i don't eat tauhuay but gotta admit that the tauhuay is so darn good! exclaimed "i'll drive myself there next time!" to mummy and she demanded that i bring her along. heh.

i felt like a fat gourmet.
